I’d like to sincerely welcome you to the Central Iowa Family Institute. I founded this practice upon my deep passion for and belief in empowering families like yours through innovative, compassionate, holistic treatment.
As family life grows more diverse and complex, we are prepared to help you understand your thoughts, feelings and behaviors within the context of your family, strengthening your relationships and working collaboratively to improve your emotional and mental health.
We take an integrative approach to family therapy, considering each person’s unique needs, preferences, symptoms, values and circumstances. Basing our care on the most current scientific evidence available, as well as decades of experience, we’ll use both mainstream and alternative therapies to help you and your family find safe, appropriate and effective treatments.

All of our health care providers are in-network with Cigna (Evernorth), Health Partners, Medicaid, Midlands Choice, UCH – UBH, and Wellmark BCBS. Some counseling may not be covered by insurance and should be considered an out-of-pocket expense. Please check your benefits before starting treatment.
